Stay Young Fitness is a personal training and coaching service. We work with individuals and families to achieve a wide variety of goals such as muscle gain, fat loss focused and conditioning. We offer 1 on 1 training and program coaching, as well as family training for the whole family to become healthy. We also offer online coaching with completely personalized nutrition and program building.

Before starting training with Daniel, I felt pretty hopeless about my fitness journey because i was dealing with chronic back pain and couldn’t find any solutions. I also already knew about weightlifting and had tried a few personal trainers, but noting was helping, but I had heard great things about Daniel and decided to try a few sessions j, and I immediately started seeing progress. It has been 1.5 (now 3 years! post edit) training with him now, and I have never felt more confident and stronger.
