“My name is Daniel Young, CPT, B.S. My educational background comes from UCF with a B.S. in Sports and Exercise Science and I have been a certified personal trainer by the International Sports Science Association (ISSA) for 9 years. I have worked with hundreds of clients with in-person training covering many different goals and challenges. I specialize in muscle tissue gain, fat loss/nutrition, special populations and advanced training programming.
I discovered running cross country at 15 and two different coaches that changed my life through that journey. 4 years later and i found weightlifting at 19 years old, lifting at planet fitness in the middle of the night after work with my best friend. Now with my success in my passion, I have built a community around me of strong minded people who love training."
